Founding
Member
Rate
Founding Memberships are available at $150 per month for our first 50 enrolled members. Founding members are locked into this rate for as long as they remain active members. Our current regular pricing is $175 per member per month.
Enrollment
Details
Enrollment includes a thorough intake process and an extended initial visit to establish care.
- $75 one-time enrollment fee for all memberships.
- Fee waived when year paid in full.
- Memberships may be paid monthly, quarterly or annually.
- Monthly memberships are pro-rated at enrollment and billed monthly thereafter.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is membership insurance?
No. Membership covers primary care services at Compass but does not replace health insurance for hospital care, specialists, or emergency services.
Can I still use insurance for labs or imaging?
Yes. Insurance may still be used for labs, imaging, prescriptions, or specialist referrals outside of Compass when applicable.
What if I need care outside the clinic?
We help coordinate care and guide next steps when outside services, specialists, or additional testing are needed.
Can I change or cancel my membership?
Yes. Call our office and we’ll be happy to help.
Is there an enrollment fee?
A $75 enrollment fee applies to new memberships. However, the enrollment fee is waived when a membership is paid annually in full.
What payment options are available for memberships?
Memberships may be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually. Monthly memberships are prorated at enrollment and billed monthly thereafter. When a membership is paid annually in full, one month is free and the enrollment fee is waived.

What happens next?
After you submit the form, a member of our team will follow up to answer any questions, confirm membership details, and guide you through the next steps. Once enrollment is confirmed, we’ll process the enrollment fee (if applicable) along with the prorated amount for your first month—or the full annual amount if you choose to pay annually.
